A product slider for a spa shop, in no hurry
Sample shop. Slowwater, its products and its prices are made up.
Rest a hand on it
Rings run out from the pointer for as long as it stays, then die away.
Why liquid for spa and wellness
A spa page has one job before any other: lower the pulse. Everything that moves has to take longer than feels necessary. The liquid transition here takes well over two seconds, the picture never has an edge, and the pause between products is long enough to read a sentence and breathe out.
The second slider uses waves under the pointer, so resting a hand on a picture makes it answer softly. There are no cuts, no flashes and no red price stickers. That restraint is a business decision: this customer is buying a feeling of being looked after, and a page that shouts takes the feeling away.
How to build this

- One at a time, Liquid, around 2400 ms, autoplay every 7 to 8 seconds with the pause button on.
- Morph Card
- For the range below, with fade or ripple on hover.
- Pointer
- Waves, at a low strength, on large pictures only.

Questions
Is a slow transition annoying for shoppers?
If people came to compare forty products, yes. A spa home page with four or five products is different. Keep the fast browsing for your category pages, with plain cards.
Can I do this in the free version?
The Calm duo pattern uses fades and is free. Ripple is free as well. Liquid and pointer waves are Pro.
What about visitors who prefer less motion?
The slider respects the system setting: autoplay stays off, and movement is kept to what the visitor asks for.
