On-sale products on a strong colour for the top of a shop page. It tells people a sale is on, and it uses parallax so the row feels alive without any urgency tricks.
Pick a colour outside your normal palette, and keep it to the length of the sale. When no products are on sale, remove the strip or it has nothing to show.
Insert it
Find "Sale strip" under Patterns in the block inserter. It lands as ordinary blocks.
